Yes, you are right. Did that 2 weeks ago and I went to 8ta store and a sim swap was done for about r30. Better than vodacoms r100 something charge. Used the new sim same day.

Well what i wanted to know was what i need to take with me to do the sim swap.
I went into telkom direct in festival mall and the sim swap was done for free ,would just like to thank 8ta .
