Loud Fans - MSI Coreliquid Cooler

Hi Guys

I upgraded my PC yesterday. I've got a MSI z590-A Pro and MSI Coreliquid 240r cooler, with a 11600k, and Corsair 275 Airflow case. The cooler radiator had to be installed on the front of the case. It makes a huge amount of noise even when idling, so much so it can be heard in the rest of my house. I've used a few hardware monitors, cpu temperatures seem fine if a bit high, idling at 40 degrees and not going much over 50 on load. But the hardware monitors don't pick up any of the fans in the case and I can't seem to do anything to control the fan speeds to reduce the noise.

Any ideas?

How are the fans plugged into the mb?
 
While the stock corsair fans are loud, they probably shouldn't be loud enough to hear through the entire house.
What are they plugged into and what percent speed are they running at?
 
Will open it up tomorrow and have a look at the connections and get back to you guys. I can't see the percentage speed they are running at, tried different hardware monitoring apps and none were picking up the fans. The cooler also didn't appear on the MSI apps: eg. MSI Centre. RGB lights on the cooler are also not coming on. Just sounds like they are running full tilt all the time, way too loud for normal...

As Lupus & Faux said check how they connected to your MB, also check your BIOS fan settings & adjust it accordingly.
 
So I see cables plugged into JRainbow2 and SysFan6.

I did try change the fan settings in BIOS, but didn't seem to have an effect.

Also see these two cables that weren't connected, one seems to come from the cooler itself.

It's possible the extension they are using is not pwm? Cause it looks like they might've used an extension, though I'd take it back to them to sort it out.

Those in your picture are 100% those RGB headers and are used to plug in extra case lights to sync the colours with the cooler.
Try trace the fan cables from the fan itself and see what they plug into, if you're not sure what they look like, they'll be like the below picture (Cables possibly sleeved or all-black, but the end plug should absolutely look like the below with the little notches)

Or they might be plugged into a fan controller built into the case
Or they might be plugged into the corsair water cooling pump itself.

Once you know where they're plugged in, it's then possible to start troubleshooting.

Edit:
The app you should be using for your motherboard fan control should be "MSI center"

Will open it up again to have a look. MSI Centre is showing me this, can't change anything... SYS Fan 6 runs at 4000rpm constantly...

I'm not 100% familiar with Msi center as my last MSI board was a Z97 from 2013, but according to the software manual you should be able to do the following to ajust fan curves (especially on that fan6):
(page 25 of the manual http://download.msi.com/archive/mnu_exe/mb/MSICENTER.pdf)

The fact that you see RPMs there suggest to me that the fans are all already plugged into the motherboard.
I presume in total you have 6 fans inside the PC?

Tried a few different settings, but it never goes below 4000rpm.
