Low Latency - Good Price?

I was amazed when I signed up with afrihost, they had a wonderful price and good (max) speeds + unbeatable latencies for my international gaming habits.

Currently I realize they are experiencing problems, I am hoping I could discover another Gem like afrihost, where I get good speed (for the odd download or so) and most importantly good latencies.

I would like to see a ping of around 180-280 internationally.


If there are any other companies available that have a semi shaped 2-3gig account at a good price and won't make me sign a long contract, I would really appreciate it if you could tell me about them..

Fluctuates currently. Most IS based cap is a bit unstable atm due to the uncapped offerings messing with things.

Best bet is probably pure SAIX or WebAfrica.

The ping will depend heavily on what website is being pinged.

Webafrica is ~240 ish for google.com.

Also, there is currently a lot of maintenance so the numbers are all over the show anyway.
