Koffie i was talking about quik all along 
, i know you never said of the fanboy stuff, quik is very fast to say go AMD but seems to not know why exactly , look obviously picking a low power cpu is not as easy as saying fine this one or that one hense why i said just buy any entry level dual core be it AMD or INTEL with a cheapie mobo and your not going to consume tons of power. You can research it all you like but you won't find a clear answer to your question as intel and amd do not measure their cpu's on the same guidelines.
Also i never meant you when i said i could see who the real fan boy is.
