Low power mode not available on iPad?

I have an iPad 4 (A1460) and there is no low power mode available.

No iPad has the LPM option. It's an iPhone exclusive feature.

Also only noticed that yesterday. Will come sometime in the next year, no doubt. iPad always lags a bit behind the money-making-behemoth that is iPhone.
