hi guys

im a frequent user of lowratevoip..
their website says 1c EURO to SA landlines and that is what they were charging...
now i have noticed that they are charging 4c EURO although website still says 1c EURO...
i have emailed them but no reply....
any1 has any idea whats happening?

their superdeals only last while you have free days... I'm using 12voip, I bought credit 11 days ago, and it says my free days have run out  I've complained on the website several times, but no response
my voipcheap account still shows free days, so it looks like only some parts of their system have this 'problem'.

Strange because I have just logged onto Lowratevoip. I have no free days left & they are showing a charge of 1 €cent per minute to an SA landline so I am confused. Voipcheap is still only charging 1 €cent also.

I have just made a 54 second call with Lowratevoip & was only charged 1 €cent. So as I said before I am confused.

Just figured out something...its bad news...

when i dial using the lowratevoip software (from PC) then its charging 1 cent but if i use my N95 via wifi (in other words a SIP device) then its 4c....they should have specified this clearly...

Problem solved. Recommendation, always use a PC.

On lowratevoip.com, thed yo. I chose voipcheap.com for 1c/min landline / 10c/mon cell. (Eurocents). They haven't changed their rates for quite a while now, and they are also applicable with SIP devices.

regards,

jnm
