Hello,
Does anyone here know the USSD code to activate the fixed LTE on a prepaid sim card?

Lte should be activated once you switch the simcard on. If that does not happen you can call the csll centre to activate the lte service for the line.

As for LTE-A well that will be used if the tower and the device support it then you will start seeing carrier aggregation.

I just did some googling a couple of hours ago, it seems like Vodacom doesn't have any LTE-A bundle package in prepaid sim card as Telkom does! or at least I couldn't find any.(that's what I was looking for)

I usually use Telkom, this is my first Vodacom as Telkom LTE-A download speed got really worse lately since the undersea cable issue! and I saw some twitter posts mentioning that Vodacom LTE-A still quite decent in spite of the current cable issue.

There is no seperate provisioning for LTE-A
If you have LTE active, your phone or device will make use of LTE-A if supported by the tower and the device you are using.

Yes, I know that and that's not what I was asking for.
What I mean is with Telkom for instance, there are fixed LTE-A data bundles deals even for prepaid sim cards and I was trying to find out if Vodacom has the same thing.
see the example below, a screenshot of LTE-A bundles deals in a Telkom prepaid sim card.

No. They dont. Vodacom data bundles are network technology neutral. Data will be delivered to you either via LTE or LTE-A depending on what your device supports and the tower to which you are logged onto.

Contracts are available with a LTE-A capable router bundled with it

HUAWEI B618 + 50GB DATA X 24 - (C) NIGHT OWL @ R699 Reduced Subs on 50GB Data Price plan
HUAWEI B618 + 50GB DATA X 24 - (C) NIGHT OWL @ R999 Reduced Subs on 100GB Data Price plan

@Ockie
There's a way to activate these price plan with a prepaid Telkom SIM card as you can see I have done it with mine.

Look at the screenshot below, an example of the normal prices for Telkom. quite different than the previous screenshot.

That's what I have noticed when googling, apparently you need to have a contract with Vodacom in order to have access to these data bundles price plan that you are showing.
So they are not available on prepaid SIM card.
And by the way, all 3 of my devices are LTE-A capable.

Yes, I understand that, and I said Vodacom does not have something like that.

Data Bundles will cost the same on the Vodacom app regardless of the network technology. You will always get the best available, be it LTE or LTE-A, depending on your handset/router and if the tower you are logged on to supports LTE-A or not. LTE-A coverage can be checked here:

Click Personal Internet and then select LTE-A and then you can see where Vodacom has LTE-A coverage.
