I moved into a new place today and found an antenna attached to the building.

I followed the cable down from the roof and found the cable end buried in the sand (see pic above). I assume the previous owners had no idea what it was for since they had an ADSL line (so it seems, with the telkom box and pots filter on the wall still)

Is this an LTE antenna or Ariel fibre antenna?

I hope its for LTE since Im using LTE until I can decide what fibre ISP to go with.
What connector do I need to get to be able to use that on my LTE modem (if it is indeed and LTE antenna)

I cannot get to the roof to see the model number of the antenna

Looks like a standard Ethernet cable for a P2P link, aerial fibre isnt wireless it just means fibre is run overhead and isnt trenched.

If you strip the cable how many wires are in the sheath, might be a network cable. If it's the only cable you'll need a POE power supply as well. Not sure how you will login as the reset switch is usually on the board.
