Sign up with GoogleI am using the MTN F@astlink LTE USB Stick aka Alcatal onetoch aka L100V. It suddenly stopped working with an orange/amber LED flashing constantly. I found an update in the dashboard and tried installing it. It gets to a stage where a popup menu appears with the following errors messages:
14: Message not defined (in a red box and below it the following)
9. Message not defined COM14
10. Message not defined EX1548E4XX
11. Message not defined E121FOEM20
12. Message not defined E122FOEM20
It still seems to run the installation, but nothing happens after that and the modem still has the flashing LED and does not work.
Does anyone know how to fix the problem? (Trying to contact either MTN or even Alcatel is a waste of time as you all might know)
