LTE Speeds in Cape Town CBD

Hey all

I am hoping someone can give me an idea of what speeds to expect with the Telkom LTE connection in the Long Street/Loop Street/Strand Street area? Perhaps one of you guys are based in the vicinity use this connection? I would expect it to be very good but would like some confirmation.

It's super quick. We have just the LTE, not the LTE-A and full signal., I stay in the lower long st area. Download torrents at about 1mb/s.
