Luno blocking BTC withdrawals

not sure who else is experiencing this issue, but for a few days i noticed you cannot withdraw BTC from LUNO. raised a support ticket and the general response is they looking into it.

strange considering they a BTC exchange and this function is the core of their business , so something is definitely wrong.

in the image attached to test and confirm i chose a random valid working BTC address receiving a BTC transaction and the error is "invalid address"

I withdrew less than 2 days ago. Did notice they had a 4btc withdraw cap now per day but I was below that.

so the error is even before withdrawing anything. the error attached above, you getting on mobile when you select a btc address and on browser it allows the address and sends you the sms verification but when you select Authorise nothing happens.

errr, what makes you think that sending of crypto is core to the business of an exchange?

buying/selling crypto is core

that error seems like a bug if the address is indeed valid, have you reported it to them?

EDIT: almost forgot, worth trying the same thing with their web interface, sometimes these problems are just on the one platform and not the other e.g. iOS vs Android apps vs web interface
