I hope you are well.

We do apologise as we do not support nano X wallet addresses on our platform as they are different from ours.

If you have any further questions, please do feel free to contact us.

Kind Regards,

What currency is this for tho? Ledger Live ETH addresses shud be pretty standard erc20s, but for btc u might wanna check which few letters their deposit address starts with and be sure u send from the same chain in ur ledger

Thats for BTC, LTC and ETH..... tried segwit, native segwit and legacy.... get the same error. Now Luno support say that I must try not to scan the QR code but to copy and paste the address..... Dont know if I should try... dont want to loose my money......

Sounds like a solid suggestion. I rarely scan the qr codes as jy can sometimes add some extra information in front of the address. A manual copy paste is no risk, just do it slowly and verify the start and end of the address before clicking send

@Lunomoney Copy and paste worked 100% I just wonder why the first support answer from Luno was so strange....? That they don't support ledger nano x addresses?

Might be a standard reply when the support agent doesn't really know what to answer. Technically they do. Or maybe he doesn't know what a ledger is.
