Has anyone dealt with Luno support recently? I have been trying to get in touch with them since last week, having reported a problem and having my account locked - which was the only way to log a ticket - none of the other options allow you to contact or mail them. I've tried Posting on their Facebook Page, Facebook Messenger, Emailing, etc, and still nothing? Whats going on over there, it seems as though the support division just does not exist?
