Luno Support (Lack Thereof)

Has anyone dealt with Luno support recently? I have been trying to get in touch with them since last week, having reported a problem and having my account locked - which was the only way to log a ticket - none of the other options allow you to contact or mail them. I've tried Posting on their Facebook Page, Facebook Messenger, Emailing, etc, and still nothing? Whats going on over there, it seems as though the support division just does not exist?
 
Trying to fund my Luno account from standard bank... “for your security, we have temporarily disabled this feature. Please try again later or go to your nearest branch to conduct the transaction” please what can I do about this?

Change banks?

are you able to send an EFT anywhere else if this is a brand new account?

might be a general Standard Bank security measure for new accounts, or perhaps they picked up on the destination account being crypto ... not that it would surprise them as that account is with them as well

either way, sounds like the only way you're going to resolve it is by talking to your bank
