Hi all

I was logged out of my luno account.
I am trying to log back into my Luno account.
My 2FA code is not working? I am using the same key to set up the 2fa.

when trying to disable the 2fa process through Luno, I am not receiving the email to my receive the password reset link?

has anyone experienced this?

any idea how I can contact Luno support?
