Hi All,

Does anyone know if Luno Support ever respond?

I am locked out of my account after enabling 2FA.

My Luno account just disappeared off of my Authy profile so I can't authenticate.

I emailed Luno support last week and have heard nothing at all...

Emailed them and got a response after a couple of weeks. Doesn't seem like a huge organisation tbh, and I guess the limited staff compliment is working through everything as quickly as possible?
 
You can PM werner on PW he logs in there a few times.

Otherwise general support ticket is your only other way.
 
And this is why you must backup the QR code for anything that needs 2FA

Contacting them on social media (Facebook/Twitter) can also expedite your enquiry if this ever happens again.
 
I'm trying to figure out the API but it doesn't seem like there's a way to get the BTC -> ZAR withdrawal price.

Or what? ice? lol good luck with them. Exchanges are the house, play by their rules or take your pissy little pile of chips and **** off. Don't bother letting their support know, they won't care one way or another.

They won't be the only exchange for long. So they can't play house for too long.

They have a little while to go before they can be on international standard like cex.io and the likes.

I use poloniex mostly. One of the few I can take seriously volume wise.
 
why is it that luno does not have a call center number?
I have been waiting for a response to my ticket for a few days now, and this is really annoying.
What's the point of having a presence in SA, if we cannot call/contact them for issues!
 
They are absolutely useless!
No customer service and thieving fees.
