You're in a great position in SA as one of the biggest exchanges (if not the biggest?) to bring liquidity to the local market but your complete lack of market trading tools is, I think, causing a lot of traders who started there to eventually move away to better exchanges.

1.) Lacks of conditional orders, stop-loss orders.
Come on it's 2018 already - it's unacceptable and kinda sad to expect people to trade without being able to properly manage their losses etc. Why is this taking so long to implement?

2.) Basic charts.
Every DEX and their dog is using Tradingview charts. Yes - some larger exchanges don't, but they at least provide a range of indicators and time-frames that can actually be worked with. You don't even have anything under 1 day. This Fisher Price chart just doesn't cut it anymore:

We've asked previously about these (basic) improvements but the standard reply always seems to be: "We're working behind the scenes on other things like security etc." Yeah, ok. But as a business you can't just sit there in the corner only focused on one thing for 3 years.

How about implementing some long overdue changes - provide a local platform that keeps liquidiy local with an exchange that's active and not just attracting new users, but keeping those traders who are actively trading by providing an exchange with the kind of functionality an exchange should be offering.

People still using Luno?:wtf:
I'm assuming you initially buy btc/eth and eventually sell for ZAR using a local exchange.
To continue doing that you need a sufficient number of people using the exchange. Go try cash out BTC on a Zimbabwean exchange or buy BTC and see how far you get when liquidity dwindles.

There was a mybb article in the last couple of days explaining all their new and exciting upgrades for this year. Basically it is no upgrade unless a better sign up experience and customer communication is deemed as an upgrade...

We even have trading view charts, and conditional orders. Please give it a try.
EDIT: and we have monero.
