Lusefi admitted he lied - Afriforum

I'd prefer he had a criminal record, would 'hamper' his political aspirations somewhat.

Dunno why afriforum opted for mediation as he won't stop, just look at his latest response and what he's implying.

From the way I read the PR, it looks as if Afriforum went this route to save the taxpayers money basically since Lesufi would have just used state attorney's to defend him until kingdom come basically.

Agreed 100%
They have unfortunately learned the Stalingrad tactics from the best Piggy in the Pen. The one thing that is crystal clear is that our justice system has been exposed to have too many loopholes related to delaying and postponing actual justice.

Go ahead and spend the money Afriforum you have our authorization, we cannot have democratically elected officials going round accusing people or organizations of plotting to murder someone without proof.

There should be consequences, else anyone can just pull a Zuma and justify their criminal behavior with 'there are spies' everywhere and they are out to get me'.

Oh wait, TIA! Paranoia is probably just a proper diagnosis in a western paradigm..

I certainly don't mind tax payer money being used to take down this racist criminal.

So Lusefi admitted that he lied when he accused Afriforum of trying to murder him, tailling his children, etc. back in 2019 media conference. A media release will be handed out today.
Can you correct the name to Lesufi?

That guy is as ANC as they come, expecting any different from him is quite stupid.

Politicians have the means (stolen loot) to frustrate the law with nonsensical postponements. A civil case is more likely to get speedy ruling than a criminal case.

I'd go after his bank balance if it was up to me.
Not in SA, here the civil courts are more likely to reach a favourable verdict if it's a punitive costs order only.

Thought he could make false allegations and get away with it and takes a court order to get him to admit it.

His Wikipedia page needs an update under controversies to include this load of BS.
