I don't have a warm and fuzzy feeling towards Uber anymore, they come across as very arrogant, thats my impression.

I think they will be taken over in the next 5 years

I actually avoid them when I can.

Tired of getting cars with aircon not working, half brain dead drivers and cold food from Uber Eats with Uber's help desk just saying sorry and doing nothing.

Arrogant isn't the word...they're skeezy AF. From business practices to IR, they've shown themselves willing to do pretty much anything in search of a dollar.

And yet they still continue to hemorrhage cash.

I have been quite happy with Taxify recently, same service at half the price.

Downloaded the Zebra Cab app but didn't like the UI at all, and felt very unsecure.
