Anyone out there know anything about this Lyoness loyalty programme scheme to make money and shopping vouchers? Recently they were compared to being a pyramid scheme and I wanted to find out others' opinions.

Also, are they legally or technically a pyramid scheme? If not, then how do they operate behind the scenes?

I met some of their reps at last years Photography Expo, their scheme looked flaky to me at the time.... but I didn't pick up the pyramid scheme vibe...

Their shopping rewards are legit. But their "business" part where they want you to build yourself a better future it complete bull

I wouldn't touch Lyoness with a ten foot pole. Authorities in multiple countries (including Austria, Sweden, Poland, and Hungary) have been investigating it for masquerading as a pyramid scheme. More to the point, in terms of our own Consumer Protection Act, network marketing schemes like Lyoness are illegal.

Guys, do not know what to do really. This seems to be something that is going to bite a lot of people in the arse. My Boss has been convinced by his brother to get into this isth and they are approaching some of our customers with the SME options for companies to become partners.

I am afraid they are going to ruin relationships with our customers (Retail stores) and eventually **** up half our business leaving people out of work...

I would not touch these shilling douches with a barge pole but whats the best way to get management to see this?

I have asked advice from a lawyer friend, but i also cannot expect her to sort out this **** while she gets paid to do a real job.

Simple. Tell management that Lyoness are under investigation in multiple developed countries for running a pyramid scheme and that their business model is not compliant with the Consumer Protection Act. If that doesn't get their attention then nothing will.
