M-Net by itself on DSTV Decoder

It is. But I'm not sure how. At work we have a limited bouqet that cuts out some of the channels. You will have to deal with DSTV, but I suspect it is a commercial concern. You can split the analogue and digital decoder to show mnet on analogue and the other channels on DSTV, but I doubt they want to sell mnet on digital only as this would remove the incentive to buy the full bouquet. I suspect as competition picks up DSTV will sell individual channels like they do overseas. The marginal cost would however be so low in future that you will be daft to opt out of full bouquets.
