M WEB E mail address for accounts department?

Does anyone know the e mail address to contact the M WEB accounts department so that an EFT payment to them is provided with a proof of payment notification?

Many thanks for th M WEB accounts e mail addres. I shall try and cntact them concerning my overbilled account, but it might take a while to resolve these days.

Mweb does not offer any form of email support and all their previous email address has been disabled all returning mail as unsent.....

This is what they told me last time.

You have to log onto the MWEB portal, go to your account, open a ticket and upload your documents there. They usually respond quickly.
