M-Web related sites - An ISP issue

Thing is I am currently on dial-up. I use M-Web as a my ISP and of course can gain acces to sites like Supersport and Mail and Guardian amongst others. I am thinking of DSL and one of the choices that has to be made is that of ISP. If I change ISPs I lose acces to some of these sites (not Supersport as I am a DSTV subscriber). The questions are:
1. How big a difference will it make to the quality of the service if I choose Telkom?
2. If I choose Telkom how many local sites would I have no access to (unless I subscribe to them)?

dont use mweb they charge 329 for 3 gigs where as axxesss charge 399 for 10 gigs so for 70 or so bucks you gettin alot more bw

I moved my adsl away from Mweb to a UUNet reseller but kept a reduced price (r75 I think it was) emailer package so I could use their iPass service when I'm abroad. It also lets me access the usual Mweb content should I require it.

Still - if it wasnt for the need to use iPass I'd drop em flat - amazing how they havent offered anything other than the Telkom multiple-of-three packages.

EDIT - Idea just came to me - why doesnt MyADSL become an not-for-profit ADSL VISP? It would give MyADSL even more grounds to engage telkom.
