Hi Guys,
I see M-Web does not have that many threads under this heading and I was just wondering what your opinion is of them?
I have been battling with them to get an ADSL line activated for a client who lives in a suburb of Pretoria for about six months now. The first time around the order was faxed through to them several times as they kept on losing it and still nothing was done about the line.
The second time I applied online and verified that they received all the information. Still nothing.
Today I get a receipt from an e-mail I sent through to their "Order Fullfillment Department' on Monday, which means it takes at least four days for them to read their e-mail. This could have been acceptable had they been any other company, because e-mail is still seen as a joke in SA, but they are an ISP, which means e-mail should be answered much sooner than that in order to keep their clients happy.
