No quite sure where to post this. M-web also seems unable to advise what the issue is.
Over the past few months, more and more received e-mails will not show any graphics or pictures - it used to be a case of maybe 1% of mails received would not display pictures, but as of today, it's probably 99% of received mails do not show pictures... and these days the format of e-mails seems to be more graphics based.
I've checked all the Zimbra settings and cannot see anywhere that restricts this at all, so any ideas what could be the issue? I use their Zimbra webmail when away from home, either on my phone or tablet, to view my M-Web inbox e-mails - when home, I download them all via Outlook as normal.
From my home PC the Zimbra webmail seems to work fine, so I'm beginning to wonder if it's a device-specific issue, or some restriction with the 3/4/5G SIM/Data card... really not sure.
Any suggestions on what to try to resolve this, as it's impossible to see the content of most mails now. I don't want a separate mail program to view these either, as the webmail platform usually does the job fine.
