Do you own one?
I do.
First of all, I tried to pair the M500 Watch with the M500 Bluetooth Headset that is also in the package. After a few tries the M500 Watch picked up the Headset. The two bonded very quickly and the Watch showed that the Bluetooth Headset was connected. Cool, now I can start using my M500 Mobile Watch. Well, mmm, not so lucky. As soon as I put the Headset in my ear the connection get lost between the two devices. After a few tries I realised that as soon as the Watch and the Headset are further than 10 - 15cm apart the connection get lost. Then I tried my Southwing headset that works perfectly with my Nokia E90. Same problem. It does bond with the M500 Mobile Watch but it keeps on disconnecting.
Second problem is that the speaker is so soft that it is impossible to hear someone speaking if you use the phone in Speaker Phone mode. Even when you set it on it's loudest its impossible to hear. If the room is quiet and you keep the watch against your ear then you can hear someone speak.
So now I contacted the CEO of the company that distribute these M500 Mobile Watches here in South Africa. A very helpful guy. He said I could take it to Vodacare and that they will send it back to them FREE of charge (I hope so because its still under warranty). They will sort it out for me then.
So lets see what happens. I'll keep you posted.
Cheers
