Has anyone managed to get either the Wireless Access Control with Mac Address list or the Mac Block Services with Allow ( then adding Mac Address fo your devices ) to work at all?

Either it does the opposite, as in block everything, or one or two of my devices will work and the rest are blocked, which has been a bit of luck seeing as I'd have no way to get back into the router.

Very erratic and frustrating, I want Mac Address filtering, as keys are relatively easy to break, esp. WEP. I've used WPA on mine but don't want to take any chances and get a nasty bill.

On my network at home I have a couple things running:
MacBook Pro with OSX over Wi-Fi
PC running Ubuntu Desktop over Cable directly into router.
PC running Windows 7 over Cable directly into router.
iPhone 3G / Wii / Xbox 360 all over Wi-Fi

I just tried Mac Block Services with Allow selected and added Mac addresses for about 5 of the above to be allowed.

None could get access after that except for my iPhone! WTF?

Ack... Don't make me call support.

5 bucks says they're working on it but not sure when it'll be done?:D

Might have to just route through another Wi-Fi router. At least the Mac Address filtering actually WORKS.

Hey undefined.

My mac access control worked fine for me ( I had it set up to allow access for my macbook pro, ps3, dell laptop and blackberry). The problem was the security settings on the wireless. Some of my devices would not work with WEP while some would not work with WPA.

Eventually i just bought a belkin wireless n1 router and attached it to the mv420 and disabled the mv420's wireless. Now it works quite great!
