Since this forum does not support polls!? Just let me know what you think.
Apple MAC or PC? What does it for you?

 N7

i use xp pro, os x 10.4 (Tiger) and ubuntu/xubuntu. they each have their uses. os x is slowly getting under my skin though.

Depends on your needs.

Gaming and compatibilty: PC

Most other things: Mac

Mac for me. Made the change about a year ago. Have to say it is one of my best decisions I have made

there is no answer to the question... there is no better of the two.

It wholey depends on your requirement.

I personally can't stand the UI of OSX however, I feel it slows me down so much, and what's with 1 mouse button anyway? :p

Personally, I think Macs have the best physical design hands down, good quality too... so I think I'll get a Macbook Pro and install Windows on it :D

you can use 2/3 button mice (mouses?) on OS X, I think from 10.3 and up.

Actually they work on any version of OSX, but it ships with ugly 1 botton thing... it does have the coolest little page tracking ball thing built into it though... like the scroll wheel in a PC mouse, but it goes in all directions.

Carlhead : The mouse it ships with has a solid *surface* with separate areas being clickable. i.e it has a right and middle click as well. It also has two pressure pads on each side. But yep, the scroll ball is awsome

I could only find left click... I kept right clicking, forgeting it was an Apple... are we talking about the same mouse?

OH wait I see that now, that's quite cool!!

Both Dell and Apple have been suffering from bad batteries.

Now that they've finally chopped off the tail from the mighty mouse I think its time for me to get one. The mb/mbp's have built in alt-click functionality but its missing from my older powerbook - not that I find myself needing it but I can see how it would perplex windozers ;)

I do my work exclusively on a Mac and my gaming exclusively on a PC.

for the price of a decent mac

you can get a top notch pc

i would never buy mac

for one they use intel and for 2 they are way over priced
