I would like to know if it is posible to run a mac os on windows like the software parralel doez with mac and windows or maby i could use paralal on windows is that posible

My logic tells me that it should be possible, if you get a reverse-parallels application, so to speak. Dual boot should in theory also be possible, with a helper application like Apple's Bootcamp, but for PC.

The problem is to find said software

to find said software without Apple sueing the makers. To create this software you would have to emulate Apple module that tells the OS it is running on a Apple computer and considering that this is proprietary and probably protected by a million patents it would be hard to do without falling foul of aple's legal department (the head of which just got paid an $18m signing bonus)

The problem is that it is morally and ethically wrong.
