Macally 104 Key USB Keyboard - some keys not working

Bought this keyboard:

Following keys not working:
0-
p[

./

Tried updating driver from control panel, no update found (did install driver from Windows update when plugged in). Macally website states no driver required.

Originally plugged into tower, tried a laptop - same issue.

Arrived yesterday. Send back or driver issue?
