I see the new M2 Pro is available for pre order on the iStore (ships 1st July) and surprisingly it's the same price as the M1 Pro, R24,999 for 256gb and R28,999 for the 512gb.


It will be interesting to see the Air prices because UK pricing has the 256gb Air a bit less than the Pro (£1249 versus £1349) but the 512gb is the same price (£1549).

I've been holding off for an Air but this is really tempting me right now especially if there is not so much difference in price.

The Air, specced with 16Gb of memory is the price I'm interested in.

Should have said, those UK prices for both Pro models work out more expensive than the respective South African prices.
