So it's being released today - anyone installed it yet?

Not yet

The "security enhancements" are ok, unless you make a mistake. On an iPhone X, one day it does not recognise my fingerprint, so I have no phone

The shop are unhelpful. If the OS decides off its own bat that you are not who you puport to be, then its a brick

The iPhone X doesn't have Touch ID so no surprise...

So, are we all assuming 10am US/8pm SA time for the update to go live?

Aperture, right?
Yeah. Though, to be fair, I have been testing aperture under Catalina using something called Retroactive 1.9 so I might upgrade my main machine a level.

I will do almost anything to avoid learning PhotoMechanic :o

Im holding out for a few days before I install.
Last time I had tons of issues with Cisco VPN clients and other products I use for work.

Once I know everything I use is compatible then I will do the update.

I'll hold off a bit for my daily driver. Upgrade my bootcamped macbook pro over the weekend.

Installed it this morning - it got stuck on a progress screen for about an hour so I had to do a hard reset and it's installed now. Have to say I quite like it!

If you haven't already, do the NVMe upgrade on yours. It made a world of difference on my 2014.
I put a WD Black 1TB in mine, it flies, especially compared to the original drive.
Maybe one day. I have to do a battery replacement first. No point in doing anything else if I bugger that up.

Downloaded it onto my Air, did a Cmd+Q, made a bootable drive and will install it onto our iMac and wife's pro later. Busy with the Air install just now.
