Hey all

Anyone get any major usage out of macros? Is it possible to bind a sequence of spells to a macro key with a 'lock?

/stopcasting - Probably THE best thing you can add to a macro :) For all healers this is required: /stopcasting /cast Holy Light - no more: "I can't cast that yet"

I heard bliz might be implementing something that will help us with our lag though.

Also, here is one for you, Dusk (and me):

This one will activate the Righteous Defense in three cases:

1/ When the mouse is over a living friendly target -> Righteous Defense on the mouse indicated target

2/ When your selected target is a living friendly -> Righteous Defense on your selected target

3/ When your target is unfriendly -> Righteous Defense on the target's target if it is living and friendly

Code:
#showtooltip
/cast [target=mouseover,help,nodead][help,nodead][target=targettarget,help,nodead] Righteous Defense;

Thanks.
I changed to tank last night after guild said they need more tanks.
So expect some tanking questions.

Lets start of with...
What 10 spells are in your main action bar when tanking?

I use a Merc Z-board, because it makes life a lot easier regarding key mapping. Like 1-'11' keys.

For tanking I have my keys set as the following:

WASD = for moving. Side to side is also done by just holding down right mouse button and using A&D, so no need to keep Q&E mapped.

I then use one of the bars for mapping other key like:

Q = Avenger Shield
E = Holy Shield
R = Concecration
F = Hammer of LOL
Shift-F = Lay on Hands
Shift-R = Divine Intervention

1- Attack - I keep this as its sometimes too easy to miss (right-)click.
2 - Flash of Light
3 - Blessing of Protection
4 - Seal of Light
5 - Seal of Wisdom
6 - Seal of Righteousness
------Next row----------
7 - Holy Light
8 - Gift of the Naaru
9 - Cleanse
10 - Seal of Vengeance
11 - Seal of Justice

C - Seal of Crusader
V - Avenging Wrath

I use a Logitech MX510 which has more buttons than the G5.
2 Thumb buttons: 1 for stun, the other for Judgement and the 3 small buttons on its back is for my 2 trinkets and taunt.

This gives me a nice sequence for pulling: C>Q>E>R>Mouse Thumb1 (judge)>6

I also use a shift-key modifier, for my blessings (not greater blessings), this allows me to quickly change between them if necessary.

For a normal keyboard this might not work, but I can recommend that you change your keys from WASD to ESDF. This way you'll have more keys to map (QAZ).

Macro's are nice but if u want something really cool check out the new logitec G15..this keyboard is the ultimate gaming board, with my hunter im able to create one button macros that can do mulitpple abilities in sequence, also you can program movement macros so kiting is now so simple. If u combine ingame macros with G15 key recording the possibilities are endless.

So might I if its 600.
Was planning on getting sub and amp for car but hearing what this keyboard can do I might just change priorities.
I spend more time playing wow than driving :P
