Hundreds of times - they're the most established and probably first. That said,

has TTP v 6 in a bundle - came out 2 days before the MU one which only features 5.
EDIT: Techtool is a largely has-been diagnostics and recovery app as far as many people are concerned, so it may be moot anyways.
