Johannesburg - A Protea Court magistrate on Tuesday rejected musician Molemo “Jub Jub” Maarohanye’s version of events for an alleged drag-racing incident in March 2010 when four schoolchildren were killed.

Magistrate Brian Nemavhidi also said Maarohanye couldn’t explain his car’s skid marks on the road.

Nemavhidi also accepted urine samples as evidence and said they were not tampered with and that cellphone footage of the alleged incident was not compromised.

Awesome news. I don't think he'll be able to justify how his arse got so stretched either.

Jub Jub, co-accused guilty of murder

Johannesburg - Musician Molemo Jub Jub Maarohanye has been found guilty of killing four schoolchildren while drag racing in Soweto in March 2010.

The guilty verdict was handed down at the end a long four-day judgment on Tuesday in the Protea Magistrate’s Court.

Maarohanye’s co-accused Themba Tshabalala was also found guilty.

Four schoolchildren were killed and two were seriously injured.

The Courts and Law is only harsh to Black/African folks, regardsless of the amiss and seriousness of the case in question. Had it been other people from other races,.... The less said about it the better!!!

Remember that case of the rugby player who killed a traffic/police officer and walked away .... I forget the exact facts of the case. Was he found guilty? I do recall he paid a large sum to the family.

That does seem unfair, not so ? So in a sense I can understand the comment.

You are talking about Bees Roux. That incident was a whole different story than these clowns' drag racing spree. He was actually abducted or hijacked by these 'cops'. I'm sure you can Google and find the whole story.

I remember people's comments: "Yes, but he was abducted by the cops". As if that justifies murder.

Please Blu, stop trying to justify your post. I tell you, if someone tries to hijack or abduct me, and there is the slightest opportunity for me to do him serious/fatal harm, I will do it.

+1, you protect yourself, you only get to live once, a choice between my own or my attackers life only leads to one answer!

You would very likely be charged with murder. I understand you sentiment, but stop shying away from the implications of the law.
