mahala time

Got to a place last night where 3 security guards are guarding so that we can sleep safe.
All 3 were on there cellphones and talking long.

I me a comment about they have lots of airtime.
They told me its 100% mahala time.

The place is next to a township, and I was also wondering if that tower will give more mahala airtime than other towers.

MTN Zone it must be...... I noticed only 1 time in the whole week my mtn top up contract showed 100% discount..... When I ask my colleagues that stay in the township they told me they get 100% MTN Zone all most every night and most of the weekends......

I'm sure some places gets more frequently the discount than other places but not easy to prove or compare

Green Point Cape Town...discount before 8pm, usually between 5 -15 percent....after 8Pm...no less then 55%...
