Has anyone here had any experiance with the TUV 300, my wife had a look at it and really wants one. Looking for some info on it before I go ahead with a purchase.

Thanks a mill

There is a thread on the TUV300 already that has various reviews and opinions:

So this just happened and might be relevant to the quality of Mahindra in South Africa. This will make it the first car tested between the AA and NCAP to get 5 stars.

The Mahindra XUV300 SUV has done it again. A little over a year after it achieved a five-star GNCAP crash test rating and highest combined score for Indian cars, the popular model been confirmed as Africa’s first GNCAP’s 5-star crash test rated model. Global NCAP’s Indian and African programmes share the same assessment protocols and following a production compliance review, the rating has been confirmed for the model’s rollout in Africa.

Wives are strange people, does she know there is the XUV300 that's more of a car than the TUV?

She says the xuv300 is too small.
Interesting, I am saying this because it's the last car I thought would be appealing to a wife, I like it as well, although I can't explain why, there's just something about me and boxy cars.

You will need to check the safety features because it's a body on frame, rear wheel drive car, you'll also need to test drive it as I don't think it will be as refined.

I have booked a test drive for her on Saturday so will see how she feels in it.
She has a different taste, have an old fj Cruiser with a v8 motor and she loves it.
