We are currently experiencing a critical failure on mail storage systems, severely affecting many subscribers retrieving mail. The users will experience a connect error when using the normal mail clients e.g. Outlook or Outlook Express, when retrieving mail users will get a pop up box prompting users to enter username and password – entering details has no effect on the error.
The network engineering team is currently attending to this error and the expected resolution time is midday today.
