I haven't used them but they have a variety of shipping options available, and most seem affordable.
To SA you can use, UPS, DHL, FedEx Express, FedEx economy, EMS, insured airmail and ordinary airmail.

I've used them. But only for forwarding letters. It worked well and was very reasonable.
