Conversation went something like this:
'Hi I can't get my fax messages as emails, they are saved in my inbox on the voice ecording over the phone'
'If it says you have fax messages you will get them as an email'
'Ok, so when will I get this email?'
Now this is where it gets good:
'Sir go to Outlook Express on your pc....'
'...um excuse me, I know how to work my emails thank you very much'
'Well you will get it as an email..'
'I'm telling you that is the problem I am not getting it..'
..and she gets upset with me:
'Well, YOU WILL GET IT AS AN EMAIL!!!!!!'
'...now listen to me very carefully, I....AM....NOT.....GETTING... THE...EMAILS!!!'
'Silence...'
'Hullo?!!! Anyone there???'

...the stupid bitch was holding the line and not answering me...

...so after numerous phone calls and being told to log onto profilemanager.co.za (which does not work by the way, but all Telkom employees believe it does cos they can access it from their LAN!!!!!) IDIOTS
I still can't get any help with this problem, they have no support for this product!!!!
The latest is, maybe my ISP is blocking that website

Telkom, really now, come on. How can you sell a service with no support???

Here's a similar service thats free, you only pay to send faxes from e-mail, but to recieve faxes as e-mail is free. www.fax2email.co.za/
