Mail Monitoring Program??

Hi i am looking for a kinda mail monitoring software
i currently have an exchange server and would like sum type
of tool or program with what i can check the ammount of mail what type
of mails the attachments of those mails
basically c who is getting sent pron and stuff like that

If any one knows or is using a program like this
can u please give me the name as i am in desperate need of it

I use Mailwasher, you log onto your mail server ISP side and can delete whatever you want before it gets to your pc.
