This action has led us to having to keep in contact with thousands of affected parties and others via email. We are wanting to find some kind of local organization that can help us run our mailing list. I have seen some very good US companies, their charges are reasonable but they don't have local knowledge of email laws etc.
The list could have up to 244 000 addresses as that is how many are affected by this illegal billing. Right now is have fewer,tens of thousands, but it could grow and the solution would need to be scalable to match. We would need automatic unsubscribe features, tracking, and the usual suspects when it comes to mailing list management features.
Any help would be much appreciated, we are currently on a very manual system which is taking up too much time and resources.
