Main Battery Discharge - Tracker related

Hi everyone

Just got a call from tracker. Apparently, they got a notification of battery drainage. So they coming out to do the inspection. Anyone ever experienced this before? Last time I reported this notification to them they were certain it was nothing to do with the unit now all of a sudden... I am just glad my contract with them is coming to an end soon

So they’ve detected a potential issue and are coming out to fix it, and you’re complaining?

Yes, my colleague has, but I don't remember anything about the battery, his tracker company just said there is an issue they need to fix with his tracker. Just be vigilant and ask for identification and make sure this job is done at a public place like your workplace, you never know...

Thanks buddy... Thats where I was going. You cant trust anyone these days
