Got my 9800 curve in December and have been trying to figure something out.
On most smartphones there is an option to have a list of current new items on your "Desktop", like new messages, new emails and then most importantly your next appointment. I remember taking a while to figure this out on my Nokia but I have yet to get this right on my BB.
It does give me an icon when I get a notification but i'm really interested in the calender thing, its like an agenda ? I just want to look at my phone and see what my next appointment is
Aparently it has something to do with your theme....
