Maintenance Lawyer - Pretoria

Hi Guys/Girls

Except for the obvious Google search and reading of reviews, can anyone suggest a good maintenance lawyer in the Pretoria area?

As far as I understand only a maintenance agreement must be drawn up (Two kids, a two-year-old boy and one-year-old girl), no divorce (not married) nor custody issues. (I assume a good lawyer will be able to assist with custody if things go pear-shaped down the line)

Do you only want to draw up maintenance order or also parental plan? Because maintenance can be done in front of the maintenance officer. Parental plan needs to be approved by the court (AFAIK). If you want to put a good parental plan in place I'd rather suggest go first through a social worker/mediator to work out all the kinks that can or will happen in future. They'll assist you with drawing up the parental plan.

Thank you so much for your reply and advice. I'm enquiring on behalf of someone else but will be sure to share all the input you guys give.
I believe she is currently just as clueless as I am so every little bit of information will help in order to make the right decision.
