Don't you guys just hate the "weekly maintenance"...3am - 11am (CET)Wednesdays...if its maintenance why does it take so long?

It’s now 11:42am (CAT) and we are 1 hour ahead of CET...which means they are 1hour and 42 seconds OVER they scheduled down time...freakin annoying!

Its faster to do a full service on a car!
 
They are still a few weeks faster than telkom and their maintenance...

I rather have them keep the servers in perfect running order than having numerous game crashes... Each server is run from various clusters (different continents instances etc.) each server needs to be connected to other servers for multirealm PVP etc. Be patient and enjoy a working game :D
 
Yep.... 1 time LB was down from 5 till 6pm :(

then again Vamp, they've got how many servers to shutdown, remove the drivers, slot each back in in a specific order and then get them workin again...wtb field trip to blizz server room! (yeah im such a nerd :()

believe me when i say its not as easy as unplugging the power cord and replugging it in

The time they use is Paris.
Which means 1 hour behind us.
So that would mean its 10:42 there if its 11:42 here, and they still have 18 minutes.

But it doesnt bother me. I have a job and can only play at 5 anyway.

Oh yeah...hmm...I had it all wrong then...still there are some good points here :p Just so annoying getting up in the morning wanting to check my auctions and the server is still down :p

I work at night so I like playing in the day when ever I can :D
