To us it looks like there seems to be major problems with ADSL lines at the moment in the Sandton/Sunninghill area. We have 3 clients with ADSL lines that are out of order. The minimum wait on the telephone for ADSL support centre is about 45 minutes before the calls get answered. Most times, it takes about 3 calls to get Telkom to even acknowledge that there is a problem. For businesses this is a crisis. Is anyone else having the same sorts of problems?
