I understand that this is not the right section for this topic but I am looking for some advice on my Telkom problem. I am a dedicated online gamer looking for a solution as I am getting no where.

The answer is clear. You need to get a Wimax connection. I suggest you contact Telkom or iBurst or Screamer.
