Major Lag Problems Benmore Exchange

Hi

if there is anyone out there on the benmore exchange using adslplease would you verify if you are having major ping timeouts or latency on shaped or unshaped , i have tested axxess , webafrica and even IS fibre accounts and all ping totally erratically

i have replaced my router and contacted telkom! but they say no fault on my line

ping times to google on unshaped vary from 230ms to 2300ms

anyone with any ideas it would me much appreciated

I would also like to know if anyone has an update on the network status via IS yet, since monday most of our connectivity from work has been dead on international.
