Make G off Auctioneer Noobs

This is actually wrong but its a good way of making money off newbies using Auctioneer.

Go get something you wouldnt find in the ah I used a Roasted Quail.

Now post it in the ah for a insane price bid 100g buyout 300g, after a couple of days, change it to bid 50g buyout 100g. It will now start showing in peoples Auctioneer as a steal. LOL
 
Yeah, I think the majority of us don't like using exploits to make gold.

At least, I don't.

Thats like the bots, my friend got away buy mailing 20linen cloth (COD) for 400g to a bot on Ravenholdt

I have no issue with people scamming bots as they are pretty damn irritating. What I do take issue with is people who purposefully mess with mods like Auctioneer which are available solely to help those new to the game or to make many people's lives easier. It annoys me because I use Auctioneer (though I am nowhere near stupid enough to spend 50gp on Roasted Quail), so I don't appreciate idiots who purposefully high-price goods as it screws up my statistics.
 
any1 without enuf brain capacity 2 realise "Roasted Quail" is worth say 50g, should b called a noob...

Im gonna try this out.
But i'll not rip them off so badly as above.
But honestly, i always check Wowhead before i buy something from Auctioneer.
Auctioneer should only be used as a guide.
Its people who ONLY use auctioneer to buy things that are the idiots.
If nothing else, atleast they will learn a valuable lesson for the future.
 
This is not a nice way of making g, but ppl use it, if you dont use it just check your buyouts. Some ppl just look in the profit row column and buy it. Its a expensive mistake :D
