Make O/S bootable on DVD

Hello guys, please can you help.

If one had a certain news o/s and wanted to make it bootable on a dvd, how would one do it?
I have tried nero 7 but no luck.

Help would be appreciated.

Damn it only works up to XP, need it for Vista.

I doubt you'll be able to do it for vista.

Its too new, and joe blogs public need time to work the OS out...

Well I have all the files and now I would like to be able to boot instead of going through windws xp
